The story of young Sarah’s journey through a maze to save her young brother from Jareth, the Goblin King, was conceived by Jim Henson himself, along with Dennis Lee, upon which Terry Jones wrote the screenplay. The film gained a huge cult following, and received multiple award nominations. The American Film Institute included Labyrinth on its Top 10 Fantasy Films list, while Time Out ranked it as one of ‘The 50 Best Fantasy Movies’. One of the most noteworthy contributions to the success of Labyrinth, is musical legend David Bowie’s iconic soundtrack, vocals, and appearance in the film as Jareth.

Jim Henson’s Labyrinth Live In Concert is kicking off in mid-April 2026 in the United Kingdom, and commencing the North American leg of the tour in mid-September 2026 in Tonawanda, New York. The one-of-a-kind experience will be making stops in Albany, Munhall, Nashville, Des Moines, Tulsa, Eugene, San Jose, Albuquerque, Metairie, Orlando, and Richmond, among others, before wrapping up in late November 2026 in Concord, New Hampshire.
