Brian has been on an absolutely dominating run during his 2025 Day Trip Tour show for the last few months. He’s been quite literally everywhere - including Lyric Theatre in Birmingham, The CMA Theatre in Nashville, PBR Theatre up in Wisconsin, The Factory in Montana, Houston’s Bayou Theatre, Daytona Beach, and of course - right here in Dallas for all of our smooth jazz pleasure.

Like we said above, Brian Culbertson is the GOAT of eclectic Jazz and Funk fusion, and if you’ve heard songs like Secret Affair and All The Pretty GIrls before - then you know exactly why we give him that title. Born just outside of Chicago back in the 70s, Brian found his love of Jazz music back in grade school - and began on his journey as a legendary player right away. Quickly picking up the drums, the trombone and the bass before he even entered high school, and making his first CD mixtape before he even graduated college. He got his first record deal before leaving his senior year at Depaul University in Chicago - and the rest is music industry history! Brian has gone on to perform on countless tours and on daytime TV shows, as well as release over twenty albums that have all charted high on the Billboard US Jazz charts. He has won countless accolades from the NAACP and the Soul Train Music Awards, and he has won Best Jazz Album and  Best Contemporary Jazz Artists before. He currently sports over 500,000 monthly listeners across all streaming platforms, and after seeing him on tour this year - it doesn’t look like he has plans to slow down anytime soon.
